Currently serving on technology and cybersecurity committees across financial services, he also mentors startups and incubators. As an angel investor, he has backed startups like Proxygy, Locoff, BATX, ScrapUncle, India Assist, Shaberry, and Velmenni (LiFi), with a focus on technology, sustainability, and consumer ventures. Shailendra Awasthi

Shailendra Awasthi is a technology-driven entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the startup and consulting ecosystem. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and XLRI Jamshedpur, he blends management excellence with hands-on entrepreneurial insights.
He has held leadership roles at Wipro and CLSA, before moving into entrepreneurship where he founded and scaled ventures including LOCOFF. Most recently, he served as Senior Technology Partner at CLA Global Indus Value Consulting (CLA IVC), working closely with global CXOs on digital transformation, automation, cybersecurity, and AI/Gen AI adoption.
Shailendra’s expertise spans automation, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and custom product development, and he has advised enterprises across BFSI, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
Driven by the mission to democratize financial advice for Bharat, he founded Zdvisor to bridge the trust gap between investors and advisors. Zdvisor enables investors in Tier-2/3/4 cities to access SEBI-registered experts, brokers, and wealth managers, ensuring personalized and trustworthy guidance—not just stock tips.
His vision is to create solutions that empower India, uniting financial literacy with wealth-building opportunities.
